This document sets out the terms for the “Bet £10 & Get £10 In Free Bets” promotion offered by SportsBroker. If you have any questions on how to place a Bet, on our commissions or applicable odds, cancelled or delayed Bets, please get support from a customer service agent before you place a Bet. A Bet once placed cannot be cancelled or voided except in accordance with our Terms.

1. Eligibility: This promotion is available only to i) individuals aged 18 years or over, who are ii) residents of Great Britain and who iii) register as new customers of SportsBroker during the Promotional Period and pass our KYC verification process. This promotion is also available to customers who registered with SportsBroker before the Promotional Period but have not previously claimed any new customer welcome bonus. SportsBroker reserves the right to determine and restrict eligibility for this promotion before a customer has opted in and placed a qualifying bet. Once a customer has successfully placed a qualifying bet and met all participation criteria, their eligibility will not be revoked unless there is a breach of SportsBroker’s bonus terms, general terms, fraud or AML policies. Terms not defined here are as defined in SportsBroker General Terms and Conditions, which also apply. Where there is a conflict between the SportsBroker Terms available here and these “Bet £10 & Get £10 In Free Bets” promotional terms, the promotional terms apply.

2. Promotional Period: The "Promotional Period" commences on 30 January 2025 and is ongoing and available until further notice. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time. Any such changes will not affect customers who have already qualified. The promotion concludes on 28th February 2027.

3. Participation Requirements: To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must complete the registration process at SportsBroker, place a single bet of at least £10 on any match during the promotional period, and wait for the bet to be settled before the end of the Promotional Period. Upon meeting these requirements, you will receive bonus funds of £10, which can be redeemed only once and are subject to the wagering conditions outlined below (your "New Customer Bonus").

4. Wagering Requirements:

   1. The New Customer Bonus must be wagered at least three times (totalling £30) before it can be withdrawn. The minimum Bet required is £1, and you may place multiple Bets to fulfil this wagering requirement.

   2. The New Customer Bonus must be wagered within thirty (30) days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. After this period, any remaining New Customer Bonus funds will be forfeited and can no longer be wagered.

5. Funds Management:

   1. Your New Customer Bonus funds will be displayed in a separate "Bonus Balance", distinct from your deposited funds balance, referred to as the "Deposit Balance."

   2. Any losses incurred while betting will be deducted from your Bonus Balance first, before affecting your Deposit Balance.

   3. Once the wagering requirement is met, any winnings derived from Bets placed with bonus funds will be added to your Deposit Balance and can be withdrawn.

   4. If a Bet placed with bonus funds results in a win, the winnings will be split proportionally between your Bonus Balance and your Deposit Balance. The amount equivalent to your original stake from the Bonus Balance will be returned to your Bonus Balance, while any additional winnings will be credited to your Deposit Balance. The funds in your Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. Any losses incurred before meeting the wagering requirements will continue to be deducted from your Bonus Balance first . Example: If your Bonus Balance is £10 and you place a £10 Bet with bonus funds and win £20, £10 (the amount of your bet) will return to your Bonus Balance, and £10 will be credited to your Deposit Balance, which can be withdrawn. The remaining Bonus Balance will remain subject to wagering requirements.

   5. You may withdraw your Deposit Balance at any time, subject to our anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud policies, as well as any applicable payment processing procedures or fees. SportsBroker's General Terms and Conditions apply and can be viewed here.

6. Bonus Abuse

   1. Where we have reasonable and objective evidence that you are abusing a bonus, we will suspend, withhold, cancel any bonus funds and/or winnings derived from such activity.
   2. The following are examples of behaviours considered bonus abuse (this list is non-exhaustive):
      1. Using multiple accounts or third-party accounts to claim a bonus;
      2. Co-operating or colluding with others to manipulate promotional outcomes;
      3. Attempting to mask your location (e.g., using a VPN or IP-masking tools);
      4. Exploiting technical loopholes, software bugs, or any other method of deliberate game manipulation;
      5. Registering with the intent to defraud or gain unfair advantage from the offer.
   3. SportsBroker carries out additional verification checks to ensure compliance with our Agreement. Should such checks reveal a breach of Agreement, we will exercise our right to confiscate the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus and/or block accounts.
   4. Employees of SportsBroker and associated companies, as well as any individuals restricted under our general terms, are not eligible for this promotion.

7. General Terms

   1. This promotion may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will not affect consumers who have already met the participation requirements, unless required for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., to prevent fraud). Where applicable, changes will be communicated in advance and apply only to new participants from the date the change takes effect.
   2. If you are found to have materially breached these terms(e.g., through fraud, technical manipulation, or other prohibited conduct outlined in these Rules), SportsBroker will take appropriate action. This includes voiding affected bets, withholding or reclaiming associated winnings, suspending or closing your account, and notifying relevant authorities where legally required. SportsBroker will void a pool or individual bets and refund stakes only in the following circumstances:
      1. Where bets have been placed in breach of these Rules (e.g., fraud, technical manipulation, or other specified prohibited conduct).
      2. Where we are unable to offer betting or payment services, due to technical failure or required regulatory changes beyond our control.
      3. Where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the betting process (e.g., in cases of match-fixing, collusion, or major data errors).
      4. Where official data providers confirm material inaccuracies in the reported match outcomes.
      5. Where legal or regulatory obligations require the pool to be voided.

8. Acceptance of Privacy Policy: By participating in the "Bet £10 Get £10 in Free Bets" promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Privacy Policy.
