Please review the full content for complete details. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.

These Score Predictor Betting Rules set out the rules for this pool betting service offered by SportsBroker. Terms not defined below are as defined in the SportsBroker Terms available here. If you have any questions on how to place a Bet, on our commissions or applicable odds, cancelled or delayed Bets, please get support from a customer service agent before you place a Bet. A Bet once placed cannot be cancelled or voided except in accordance with these Score Predictor Betting Rules or the SportsBroker Terms. Where there is a conflict between the Terms and the Score Predictor Betting Rules, the Score Predictor Betting Rules apply.

1. Game Overview

The Score Predictor is a pool-betting game where players predict the outcomes of selected football matches. Points are awarded based on the accuracy of predictions, and players compete on a real-time leaderboard. Score Predictor events may use one of two prize distribution models: a Winner Takes All method or a Top 3 Places method. The applicable model for each event will be displayed before entry. Prize distribution, including in cases of tied scores, will follow the rules of the applicable model.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Entry Requirements:

  • 2.1.1 To participate, for each submission players must submit score predictions for all matches in the event. For the purposes of these rules, an 'event' refers to a set of pre-selected matches grouped together for scoring. Each individual 'match' within the event contributes to the overall result.
  • 2.1.2 To participate, players must pay an entry fee for each submission. The exact entry fee amount will vary by event and will be clearly displayed on the platform before players commit to placing a bet. Players can use either their deposit balance or bonus funds to pay the entry fee. Free bets cannot be used for entry fee payments.
    2.2 Entry Deadline:
  • 2.2.1 Entries must be submitted before the actual start of the Event. No bets are permitted once the event has kicked off. Any bets placed after the actual start time (whether due to user error, system delay, or otherwise), will be voided and the stake refunded in full. “Start of Event” means the actual, real-world kick-off time of the Event as determined by the relevant league or organiser.
    2.3 Multiple Entries:
  • 2.3.1 Players may submit only one entry per event. Any additional entries or attempts to submit multiple predictions for the same match within an event will be voided

3. Predicting Match Results

3.1 For each event, players must predict the exact scoreline of all pre-selected football matches. Participants may amend their predictions via the platform for any fixture at any time prior to the applicable event’s entry deadline. Once the entry deadline for an event has passed, all selections are considered final, and no further changes will be permitted.

3.2 Scoring Rules:

  • Full-Time Result:
    • 3.2.1 The full-time result is based on the score after 90 minutes of regulation play, including any injury time.
    • 3.2.2 Note: Extra time and penalty shootouts do not affect the final score for the purposes of this game.

3.3 Scoring System:

  • 3.3.1 Twenty-five (25) Points will be awarded for correctly predicting the exact scoreline of a match.
  • 3.3.2 Five **(**5) Points will be awarded for correctly predicting the correct match result (e.g., win/draw) only if the exact scoreline is not predicted correctly. If the exact scoreline is correctly predicted, 25 points will be awarded, and no additional points will be given for the match result.

4. Leaderboard and Prize Pool

  • 4.1 Points are tallied in real-time for each individual event (game week), and players are ranked on a live leaderboard based on their total points for that game week. Real-time leaderboard updates are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to delays. Final rankings will be determined only after all matches in the event have concluded. Stats are reset at the end of each game week.

  • 4.2 The final leaderboard is locked after all matches in the event conclude and results have been verified. Final rankings and payouts are subject to post-event review as described in Section 6

  • 4.3 Upon finalisation, the results will be posted in the participant’s "Settled Bets" section.

  • 4.4 Prize Pool Calculation

    • 4.4.1 To ensure a guaranteed minimum prize pool, SportsBroker will seed the prize pool at the start of each event.
    • 4.4.2 A commission of up to 20% will be applied to the total entry fees collected. However, if applying the full 20% commission would cause the prize pool to fall below the guaranteed amount, the commission rate will be reduced to ensure the prize pool remains at the guaranteed amount. Example Scenarios:
      • Scenario 1: Entry Fees Below Guarantee
        • Entry Fees: £400
        • Guaranteed Prize Pool: £500 for example
        • Commission: 0%
        • Payout: £500
      • Scenario 2: Entry Fees Slightly Above Guarantee
        • Entry Fees: £505
        • Guaranteed Prize Pool: £500 for example
        • Commission: 1% (£5)
        • Payout: £500 (guarantee protected)
      • Scenario 3: Entry Fees Well Above Guarantee
        • Entry Fees: £700
        • Guaranteed Prize Pool: £500 for example
        • Commission: 20% (£140)
        • Payout: £560
  • 4.5 Prize Distribution Options

    • 4.5.1 Score Predictor events may use one of two prize distribution methods:
      • 4.5.1.1"Winner Takes All" Method: The player with the highest total points wins the entire prize pool. If multiple players achieve the same top score, the prize pool will be equally split among the tied players.

      • 4.5.1.2 "Top 3 Places" Method:

        • In this method, prizes are a percentage of the total prize pool, and ties impact distribution. Generally, prizes are split among the top 3 players, with ties splitting their position’s share. If multiple players tie for 1st place, lower-ranking positions may receive a smaller or no payout. See the full rules below for details.
        • In this method, prizes are distributed among the top three players based on their rankings:
          • 1st place: 70% of the total prize pool.
          • 2nd place: 20% of the total prize pool.
          • 3rd place: 10% of the total prize pool.
        • If multiple players tie for a position, they share the allocated percentage for that position equally.
      • 4.5.1.2.1 Tied Scores and Prize Splitting. In cases where multiple players finish with the same number of points in prize-winning positions, the following rules apply.

        • If multiple players tie for a prize-winning position, the prize pool allocated to that position is split equally among the tied players.
        • If the number of tied players exceeds the number of prize-winning positions, the total prize pool for those positions is combined and split equally.
        • When players tie in a ranking position, they all share that position and the ones below it, causing the next available rank to skip down accordingly.
        • Prize Distribution Scenarios

Example 1: “Winner Takes All” with 2 Players Tied

  • Prize Pool: £1000

  • Standard Prize Structure:

    • 1st place: 70% (£700)

      • 2nd place: 20% (£200)

        • 3rd place: 10% (£100)
        • Players Tied: 2 (both in first place)
        • Each Player Gets: £500 (split evenly)

      • Payout Calculation: 1st & 2nd place prize money is combined (£700 + £200 = £900) Split evenly → Each player gets £450. 3rd place player still receives £100. No 2nd place is awarded. 3rd place remains unchanged

        • Example 4: "Top 3 Places" - 2 Players Tie for 2nd Place

      • Tied Players: 3 in 1st place
      • Payout Calculation: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize money is combined (£700 + £200 + £100 = £1,000) Split evenly among 3 players → Each player gets £333.33. Outcome: No 2nd or 3rd place awarded. Each of the 3 players gets £333.33
      • Example 6: "Top 3 Places" - 10 Players Tie for 1st Place
        • Total Prize Pool: £1,000
        • Standard Prize Structure:
          • 1st place: 70% (£700)
          • 2nd place: 20% (£200)
          • 3rd place: 10% (£100)
        • Tied Players: 10 in 1st place
        • Payout Calculation: All top 3 prize money is combined (£700 + £200 + £100 = £1,000) Split evenly among 10 players → Each player gets £100 Outcome: No 2nd or 3rd place awarded Each of the 10 players gets £100

5. Cancellations and Postponements

  • 5.1. If a match is (cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled), and the match doesn't resume within 48 hours, the match will be voided, and no points will be awarded for that fixture.
  • 5.2. If four(4) or more matches in an event are cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, the event will be voided, and all entry fees will be refunded in full to participants.
  • 5.3 Incomplete matches (less than 90 minutes of play): No points will be awarded, and the fixture will be excluded from scoring.

6. Official Scoring and Payouts

  • 6.1 Results are solelybased on official match data provided by third-party data providers.
  • 6.2 Disputes regarding match results must be raised with customer support.
  • 6.3 Payouts are processed within 24 hours of final result verification.
  • 6.4 In rare instances, official scoring data from our third-party providers may be amended after the conclusion of an event. Any such amendments will not affect payouts for events that have already been settled, except where a material error, fraud, or legal requirement is identified (see below).
  • 6.5 System Errors and Technical Issues - In addition to match-related errors (such as fraud or changes to official results), system errors or technical issues may also impact bet settlement. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for details on how such issues will be handled.
  • 6.6 All event results, including leaderboard rankings, are subject to post-event review. After all matches in an event conclude, our team will verify official scores using third-party data sources before confirming the results. Final leaderboard positions and payouts are determined based on this post-event verification process. In rare circumstances, if errors are discovered, if official match results are amended, or if fraud or rule breaches are identified, SportsBroker will amend payouts accordingly in line with these rules to ensure fairness and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

7. General Terms

  • 7.1 These rules may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will not affect consumers who have already entered an event unless required for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., to prevent fraud). Where applicable, changes will be communicated in advance and take effect for future events only.. It is the responsibility of each participant to regularly review these terms for updates.
  • 7.2 If you are found to have materially breached these Score Predictor Betting Rules (e.g., through fraud, technical manipulation, or other prohibited conduct outlined in these Rules), SportsBroker will take appropriate action. This includes voiding affected bets, withholding or reclaiming associated winnings, suspending or closing your account, and notifying relevant authorities where legally required.
  • 7.3 SportsBroker will void a pool or individual bets and refund stakes only in the following circumstances:
    • 7.3.1 Where bets have been placed in breach of these Rules (e.g., fraud, technical manipulation, or other specified prohibited conduct).
    • 7.3.2 Where we are unable to offer betting or payment services, due to technical failure or required regulatory changes beyond our control..
    • 7.3.3 Where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the betting process (e.g., in cases of match-fixing, collusion, or major data errors).
    • 7.3.4 Where official data providers confirm material inaccuracies in the reported match outcomes.
    • 7.3.5 Where legal or regulatory obligations require the pool to be voided.
      *
  • 7.4 In the event of any conflict between these Score Predictor Betting Rules and the General Terms and Conditions, these Score Predictor Betting Rules shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • 7.5 In the event that a betting pool for an event comprises fewer than three bettors, the pool will be voided, and all entry fees will be refunded in full to the participants. No commission will be deducted from voided pools. This policy ensures compliance with pool betting requirements, protects participants from unfair outcomes, and ensures that all prize distributions are competitive and based on fair participation.

8. Social Sharing and Responsible Use

  • 8.1 The platform allows players to share the Score Predictor game via the “share” function, intended for UK residents aged 18+ only. Players must use this feature responsibly, ensuring they share only with individuals who meet the legal age requirements. Sharing with minors or non-UK residents is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the share function will result in account suspension. Gambling is a form of entertainment, and we encourage players to invite responsibly, keeping in mind the principles of safe and responsible gambling

9. “Correct Score Jackpot” Feature

  • 9.1 The "Correct Score Jackpot" is a bonus feature within the Score Predictor game. It allows participants to win a £5,000 bonus prize if they correctly predict the exact scorelines of five pre-selected matches within an applicable Score Predictor event. The feature may not be available in all Score Predictor events. Where available, it will be clearly indicated on the event page.
  • 9.2 There is no additional entry fee for "Correct Score Jackpot." Participation is automatic for all players who submit valid predictions for the full set of matches in a Score Predictor event. No separate selections are required; the "Correct Score Jackpot" predictions are automatically derived from the same predictions submitted for the main Score Predictor event.
  • 9.3
    • 9.3.1 To win the "Correct Score Jackpot" bonus prize, a participant must correctly predict the exact scorelines of the five designated matches. If multiple participants correctly predict all five scores, the £5,000 prize will be equally split among the winners. If no participant correctly predicts all five scores, the "Correct Score Jackpot" prize will not be awarded for that event.Participants may amend their predictions via the platform for any fixture at any time prior to the applicable event’s entry deadline. Once the entry deadline for an event has passed, all selections are considered final, and no further changes will be permitted.
    • 9.3.2 If any of the pre-selected matches are cancelled, postponed, or do not complete 90 minutes of play, those matches will not count toward "Correct Score Jackpot" eligibility. As a result, if fewer than five eligible matches remain, the "Correct Score Jackpot" bonus will not be awarded for that event.
    • 9.3.3 If the overall Score Predictor event is voided due to the cancellation of four or more matches (as per Section 5.2), the "Correct Score Jackpot" bonus will also be voided. No winnings will be awarded for "Correct Score Jackpot" in this scenario.
    • 9.3.4 If the £5,000 Correct Score Jackpot prize is not awarded for an event, the prize is neither rolled over to future events, forfeited, nor redirected to any other prize pool. The prize will simply not be distributed for that event.
  • 9.4 The £5,000 prize is fully funded by SportsBroker and not derived from the player entry pool. Payouts are processed manually after result verification and within 24 hours of the final match conclusion. Winning participants will receive funds directly into their wallet, and these are separate from the main Score Predictor leaderboard prize distribution.
  • 9.5 As above, the full-time result is based on the score after 90 minutes of regulation play, including any injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not affect the final score for the purposes of this feature. Results are based on official match data provided by third-party data providers. In rare instances, official scoring data from our third-party providers may be amended after the conclusion of an event. Any such amendments will not affect payouts for events that have already been settled.
  • 9.6 The "Correct Score Jackpot" feature is a bonus and does not alter the main Score Predictor game mechanics or prize pool.

10. Disclaimer: By participating in the Score Predictor game (and related bonus features) players accept the terms outlined in these rules. Non-compliance will result in disqualification or forfeiture of winnings.
